My name is Pete Stewart and I am a fully qualified builder who specialises in renovations, alterations and maintenance on homes throughout Christchurch and Canterbury.
As a company we are proud of our record over numerous projects, liaising and working with the home owner to piece their project together, arranging all the sub-contrators as required, and often being able to get trade deals that would otherwise be inaccessible to many home owners.
We create a personalised information pack that will help you to prepare for some of these decisions. You are able to take some time out to grab your plans, enjoy a nice coffee, visualise the new spaces that will be created for you, and discuss some of these key decisions like flooring options, colour schemes, bathroom fittings, finished surfaces, your requirements for noise control, protection for heavy traffic areas and wet areas, light fittings…. the list goes on!
As a family man, Pete understands the various worries that may concern you if you have children, and can help assure you that your plans will cover these aspects when renovating, even if the plans must include a fort for the boys, or other playground buildings.
He has an ongoing relationship supporting children with special needs, and does understand your issues.
